I have a solution for you, but unfortunately, The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 75685, you asked about is not a fit for your vehicle. That hitch is a fit for only 2010-2016 Lexus GX 460 models.

For your 2007 Lexus GX 470, I would recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Round Tube Receiver Hitch, # 75155. This trailer hitch is a custom fit, designed specifically for your vehicle and actually exceeds the weight ratings on the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75685 you asked about.
