Great news! I can help you outfit your 2012 Chrysler Town and Country with the proper items for your pop-up camper.
I took a look at your previous order and found that you purchased the 4-way wiring harness # C56331, which is a great start. To transport a camper with brakes you will need a 7-way, a brake controller, a ball mount and ball.
A great kit for adapting your 4-way to a 7-way is the # ETBC7. This will include everything you need to install the wiring for the brake controller. I have linked a video installation for you to check out.
A brake controller that I highly recommend is the Tekonsha P2 # 90885. This brake controller is a proportional brake controller. A proportional brake controller means it senses how the tow vehicle is slowing or stopping and applies the trailer's brakes with the same intensity. This is the best selling controller on the market because of how easy it is to setup and use, and how well it works. The P3 # 90195 is like the P2's big brother it has all the same great features but it also comes with a full display screen instead of codes that need deciphering.
To determine which ball mount and ball will work with your pop-up you will need to look at the coupler of the pop-up and take one measurement. I have linked a Help Article on how to determine what rise/drop ball mount will be needed in your setup. Since you ordered a hitch from us I can tell you that the ground to inside of the receiver tube measurement is 11-3/4 inches. The ball size will depend on the ball size needed by the coupler, there is 1-7/8, 2, and 2-5/16 inch balls.
We do offer a common ball mount kit # 989900. We have determined through customers that these are the most common ball mounts and balls purchased. For added security customers will also purchase a hitch lock like # e98880.
I have linked all the above mentioned products to this page for your convenience.
