The Pro Series Round, A-Frame Jack - Topwind - 14 inch Lift - 2,000 lbs, item # PSEA20000103, does not come with a footplate base, item # PS1400700340, or a wheel, item # PS1400750340, so that you can determine the best option for your setup and purchase accordingly.
You would need to order a footplate if you park your trailer in a stationary position and do not need to move the trailer when not hooked to a vehicle. If you need to be able to move your trailer when it is not attached to a vehicle you would want to order the detachable caster. If you needed both wheel and foot plate you would have the ability to switch between the two.
The footplate and wheel attach to the jack tube with a snapper pin that goes through a hole in the jack tube.
