Could I use 4 of Brophy Rope D-Ring Tie-Down Anchor - Bolt-On - 2-1/4inch Wide - Surface Mount - 1,600 lbs with grade 5 7/16 bolts to hold down my 67 ford sports coupe 3,000 lbs.

Yes, 4 of the Brophy # SS15-C Tie anchors can work to secure your 67 Ford Sports Coupe.

Tie-down anchors must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the anchors being used. For example, if you are using anchors # SS15-C anchors with a WLL of 1,600lbs each to tie down a load weighing 3,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 anchors to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use anchors in pairs.

It is also important to note that the capacity of the D-Ring is only as good as the structure that it is attached to. Be sure that the D-Rings are tied into the trailer's frame, not just the wood or sheet metal floor.
