Replacement Winch Strap for Fulton Boat Trailer Hand Winch

Question:

I need to replace a winch strap on a McClain 2252 boat trailer. OEM strap stitching split at hook. I think the trailer has a Fulton winch on it. Boat is Cobalt 220 and dry weight is 3140#. What product would you recommend?

We have a number of winch strap options for you to choose from. Most winch straps measure 2 inches wide, so the length of the strap and the working load limit are the factors to consider when choosing a new strap.

If your OE winch is a Fulton winch, we offer the Fulton Heavy-Duty Winch Strap with Hook # FWS20HD0200. This winch strap is 2 inches wide x 20 feet long and offers a safe working load limit of 4,000 pounds with a break strength of 10,000 pounds. This winch works well on Fulton hand winches. As long as your winch can accommodate the 20 feet long strap, this strap will work well for your boat. I've attached a review video of the strap for you.
