How Long Of E-Track Should be Used for Securing Car to Enclosed Trailer
Question:
I am thinking about using e-track in my enclosed trailer for securing a small sports car. How much of the e-track should extend in front and behind the wheels to secure using wheel straps ?

Expert Reply:
You would want to run a length of E-track basically the entire length of your car from bumper to bumper to ensure you have enough to secure the wheels with the wheel straps like part # 77314.
Measure the length of your vehicle from bumper to bumper and try to match that length with the amount of etrack you install.
The part # E19148 is 5 feet and part # EM19147 is 4 feet.
