Can Camco RV Water Heater Drain Valve Wrench Be Used to Remove an Anode Rod from a Water Heater

Wrench # CAM11653 is designed for the drain valve on a water heater. If you have an anode rod with a drain valve in the end of it such as # CAM11533 then the wrench will be used to remove the drain valve (and it will work for you) but not the rod. For the rod you would instead need a tool such as # CAM09883. This one fits 5 inch regular screw-in elements and 1-1/2 inch nuts.
