Which Brake Controller Adapter Fits the 2016 Thor Hurricane Motorhome Built on a Ford F-53 Chassis?

Hello. I am getting conflicting info on which brake control harness we need. We have a 2016 Thor Hurricane motorhome with a Ford F-53 chassis. Do we need the 3035-P or the 3034-P? Thank you!

In my research, I found that you are correct that your 2016 Thor Hurricane was built on a Ford F-53 Chassis.

The brake controller adapter needed is # 3035-P, which will be compatible with time-delayed and proportional brake controllers:

Proportional brake controllers:
Tekonsha P2 (# 90885)
Tekonsha P3 (# 90195)
Tekonsha Primus IQ (# TK90160)
Tekonsha Voyager (# 39510)

Time Delayed:
Tekonsha PowerTrac (# 39523)

I'd recommend going with a proportional controller like the Primus or the Prodigy. The main difference between the two is that the Prodigy is compatible with electric over hydraulic braking systems.

The connector is located on the left hand side of the steering column support.
