Since you have the factory flush side rails on your Sequoia I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex roof rack. The design of the aerodynamic crossbars helps reduce wind noise. To purchase this roof rack you will need part # RRVA137B-2, and part # RRSX029.
For a canoe carrier I recommend part # RR570. This is a side loading carrier with pivoting saddles that make loading your canoe much easier. This system comes with two tie-down straps and one set of bow/stern ropes to secure the canoe to the vehicle and roof rack.
