The Draw Tite trailer hitch part # 75270 that you referenced has a 4,500 lb weight capacity. As long as the weight of the vehicle and tow dolly weighs less than that the hitch would be just fine.
You would also need to check the owners manual of your vehicle as well to be sure you do not exceed this towing capacity figure as well.
