Curt Trailer Wiring Harness for 2014 Chrysler Town & Country has No Power
Question:
Installed the proper unit on my Chrysler town and country 2014.. Followed steps precisely and watched installation video.. Installation was pretty easy and ran poet cord to battery.. I am not getting anything from my 4 point.. Tested my truck with same tester and works fine.. Am I missing something?

Check the fuse for the power wire in wiring harness # C56331 for your 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. If that fuse is blown or missing that would be why the harness is not working. Also make sure the white ground wire is attached to a bare metal surface; no paint or coating between the ground and where it is connected.
If that does not do the trick then you can test the converter to determine if it is bad. I have included a link to a video that shows how to do this.
