Does Trailer Tire and Wheel Combo AM3S913 Come Mounted and Balanced

Trailer tire and wheel combos including # AM3S913 are already mounted from the manufacturer. They also do a type of balancing. Every wheel and every tire has a heavy spot and a light spot. What they do is line up the heavy spot on the wheel with the light spot on the tire.

Usually trailer tires do not require balancing beyond this but you could have them balanced locally at a tire shop. However, on utility trailers the weights used to balance the tires could come off when the trailer is empty. This happens because when the trailer is empty the tires/wheels can bounce around more causing the weights to come off.
