Hi, Im wondering on the 2010 Ford Escape hitch class 3, how do you handle attaching the universal trailer plug? It doesnt look like this hitch has a bracket to hold the inlet...

To mount a 4-way plug, like the custom fit wiring we offer for the 2010 Ford Escape, part # 118551, you could use a standard mounting bracket. You will need mounting bracket, part # 18140, which attaches to the hitch via a metal hose clamp, and a 4-Pole Flat bracket, part # 18144, which screws together with the mounting bracket. Part # 18140 and part # 18144 are used together to mount the 4-way plug to the hitch of your 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid.
I have linked a the installation instructions for part # 118551.
