is it possible to install a older hijacker 16000lb hitch into a 2014 ram 3500 with factory installed frame brackets

To install a Demco fifth wheel hitch designed for industry standard rails in your 2014 Ram 2500 with the factory rail kit you would need the # DM6099 which adapts your rail kit to industry standard rails.
There are a few different rail designs that Demco has so you will need to make sure you have the ones designed for the industry standard rails that run from left to right in the bed of the truck and not their SL rails that run front to back.
