How to Determine if Yakima Showcase 20 Will Allow Rear Hatch to Open
Question:
Will the Yakima Showcase 20 Quicksilver cargo box allow my rear door to fully open on my 2014 4Runner SR5? My crossbars are set and spaced as far forward as possible.

The Yakima Skybox 21 part # Y07337 that you referenced requires 57 inches of clearance to clear a rear hatch.
That means that if you measure from the center of your front crossbar back to the rear hatch seam on your 2014 Toyota 4Runner and it measures more than 57 inches this box would fit and clear.
