Parts Needed to Install a Tekonsha Primus IQ Brake Controller on a 2016 RAM 1500
Question:
We have 2016 RAM Big Horn 1500. We have the TK90160 and have a wiring harness on order. Is there an additional part that needs to put on for the brake lights to work on the truck as well as the trailer?

All you need is the install harness part # 3024-P that you ordered to install the Primus IQ part # TK90160 on your 2016 RAM 1500.
The 7-way you have at the rear of your truck has all of the trailer light circuits available so you would not need to wire up anything else to get the trailer lighting and braking functioning properly.
