Im looking for a wiring harness for a 13 Honda pilot. A 4 flat that would splice into the rear left and right tail light sockets.

We do offer 4-Way flat trailer wiring harnesses for your 2013 Honda Pilot, such as the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56170. However there are not any recommended splice-in harnesses for your vehicle.
A trailer wiring harness such as # C56170 will install in the OEM trailer wiring port at the rear of your Pilot. This harness's installation instructions are attached for you.
