Trailer Hitch Recommendation for a 2016 Subaru Legacy for Use with a Bike Rack
Question:
What is the difference between the c13206 and the c13390? I am mostly using the 2 inch receptacle for my Thule 4 bike carrier.

The difference is what vehicles each of those hitches will fit. Trailer hitch # C13206 fits 2014 to 2016 Subaru Outbacks. And # 13390 fits the 2015 to 2016 Legacy and 2010 to 2013 Outback.
So if you have a 2016 Legacy use # 13390. But if you choose this hitch then Curt says that you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using the hitch with a bike rack to comply with their warranty.
What I recommend is the Draw-Tite hitch # 75673. It does not require that strap and it costs ever so slightly less. I have linked a video showing and example installation for you.
