Hitch for Carrying Bike Rack for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma

Question:

I need a hitch strictly for a small bike rack that hauls two bikes, so I dont need any crazy towing capacity. Im looking for something simple, easy for my 2013 double cab Toyota Tacoma. Id prefer not to get the recommended fullinch hitch and thought the E-3S would be perfect if it fit. Theres 3 holes in my step bumper 1 large middle, 2 medium each side Two medium holes are: 7 1/4 inside 8 1/2 outside Picture is attached Thanks,

Unless you can find a way to use all 4 mounting holes of the Curt hitch part # E-3S I can't recommend it for your application. The picture you submitted shows a set of holes that could match up to the larger holes of the hitch but nothing for the rear holes.

Your best option is still going to be to use a frame mounted hitch like the part # 13323 which is a confirmed fit for your truck.

The most popular bike rack we carry that has been confirmed to fit this vehicle is the Thule Camber 2 # TH9058. We asked our demo and install guys to name their favorite, most easy-to-use bike racks and this one showed up in nearly everyone's top three. Check out the review video I attached for more info.

If you plan on carrying any women's or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes you may also be interested in purchasing a Kuat Bike Frame Adapter Bar # UB01 to provide a horizontal top tube on your bikes to provide an attachment point. I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow the bikes to be carried more level and will provide more ground clearance.
