Trailer Wiring Recommendation for a 2012 Chevy Silverado

I have a 2012 chevy silverado ls 2x4,it does not have a factory hitch or trailer plug, Im buying the Curt hitch but i dont know what i need as far as the wiring. Our camper has the round seven pole

Your 2012 Chevy Silverado should have a 7-way already at the rear of it built into the rear bumper, but if there isn't one present all you would need is the part # PK11916 which will twist into the opening to the left of your license plate and will attach to the 7-way harness that is at the rear of your vehicle under the bumper. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
This will work well with the Curt Hitch part # 13322 you plan on buying.
If your trailer has brakes you would then want a brake controller to activate the brakes of your trailer. For that our most popular option is the P2 part # 90885. To wire it in requires you to connect the controller wiring to the wires under your dash. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
