what wheel hub rear seal matches up with these inner and outer bearings L68149 L44649 ?

The grease seal you need for your hub is part # RG06-050. This includes 2 seals in the package.
If you want to replace all of the hub components I recommend part # BK2-100 for each wheel. This includes the inner and outer bearings and races, grease seal, cotter pin and tang washer.
