Adding a 4- and 7-Way Trailer Connector to a 2002 Ford F-150

I need this part wire 4 way 7 way part number 13A576-GB

The part you referenced, 13A576-GB, is a Ford part. What you can do is use # 118242 and add # HM40950 which is a 4- and 7-Way in place of the 7-Way that comes with # 118242. I have linked videos on both parts for you.
The Ford part is twice as much and you might still have to purchase from them the relays and fuses that are already included with # 118242.
