Fifth-Wheel Rail Adapter Which Will Fit a 2014 Toyota Tundra
Question:
Hi there, I just want to confirm the part # for the Curt rail adapter for a 2014 Toyota Tundra double cab with a 6.5 box. I Currently have an E16 with slider and universal rail setup that I will be transferring to this truck. Thanks for your time.

The rail adapter that will fit your 2014 Toyota Tundra depends on what kind of gooseneck hitch you have. The Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter For Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # C16210 will fit on your 2014 Toyota Tundra with a 6.5 Bed as long as you have a Curt Double-Lock, Flip and Store Gooseneck Hitch like part # C60625.
If you have a B and W square shank Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch, you will need the Curt X5 Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch # 16310. This Rail Adapter will also fit on your 2014 Toyota Tundra.
If you have a EZr Double Lock Gooseneck Hitch, you will need the Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate For EZr Double Gooseneck Hitches # C16220. this Rail Adapter will fit on your 2014 Toyota Tundra.
If you do not have either of the gooseneck hitches listed above, then you will have to look into a 5th wheel to gooseneck hitch that utilizes the gooseneck ball. This will reduce the amount of turning clearance compared to your Curt Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch, but it is going to be the only option short of completely removing your gooseneck hitch and installing 5th wheel base rails.
