In order to lock the Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack to the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75742 you will want to use the Cable Locks and Hitch Lock for Kuat Trasfer 2 Bike Rack # PTSCLK12. If you are looking at the Kuat Transfer 3 Bike Platform Rack, you'll want the kit for the Transfer 3 # PTSCLK13.
Since the Transfer has a threaded hitch pin hole for the anti-rattle threaded hitch pin, the hitch pin that comes with the rack will need to be used with the bike rack. The lock kit includes a hitch lock that will attach to the existing threaded hitch pin to lock the rack to the vehicle. The kit also includes cable locks that will secure your bike to the rack.
Kuat does not offer a hitch lock separate from the kit # PTSCLK12. The threaded hitch pin that is included with the Transfer bike rack is designed special for Kuat. I cannot recommend a different threaded hitch pin for the rack since the threads are designed to be different from other manufacturers threaded hitch pins. This is very common for bike rack manufacturers.
I have attached a review video of this lock upgrade kit for you to see how the hitch and cable locks work.
The Kuat Transfer 2 # TS02G will work well on the # 75742 hitch for your 2015 Honda CR-V. I have attached an installation video of the hitch and a test fit video of the bike rack on a 2015 CR-V for you.
