For your 2014 Honda CR-V you can use Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate kit # RM-521567-4, the one you referenced, along with your Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar. The linked video shows you installation of these base plates on a 2014 CR-V.
Flat towing also requires other parts in addition to the tow bar and base plates. The linked article explains each in detail. Those items are safety cables, a wiring/lighting kit, a supplementary braking system for the CR-V and often a high/low hitch adapter to keep the tow bar level or close to level (no more than 3-inches high or low at either end).
If you need safety cables use coiled set # RM-643; they tend to drag less. For wiring, the easiest semi-permanent option is a custom-fit plug-in type harness # HM56304.
The best option in a portable braking system (again, no permanent changes to the car) is the Blue Ox Patriot Wireless proportional System # BLU37TR. This unit will slow the CR-V in direct relation to the slowing of the motorhome, which means less of the tug-of-war feeling between the coach and toad. An install video is linked for this item too. Use outlet kit # RM-9332 to power the Patriot.
You can select a high/low hitch adapter by clicking on the linked page. Ideally your Falcon 2 tow bar will be exactly level. You can choose an adapter like # RM-076 with the rise or drop you need to keep the connected tow bar close to level.
