I was unable to find any tires for trailers that were the size you mentioned. We do have 13-inch tires but none that have the section width close to 285. But we do have a solution for you.

If your tire is a 185/80-R13 Load Range C tire I recommend a tire like part # AM10210. This is an ST175/80R13 Load Range D tire that has a load capacity of 1,610 lbs at 65 psi. The section width of this tire is 7 inches so if the wheel on your trailer can work with tires this size it will work well for you.

Installing bigger tires does not increase the weight carrying Capacity of the trailer.
