How to Pick Out Replacement EZ Lube Grease Cap for Hub on Old Karavan Trailer

Question:

I converted an old karavan ski-dooinch trailer into a utility trailer. While hauling mulch, one of the dust covers popped off somewhere on the roadway. Need to order one from etrailer, dont know how to measure axle to be sure I get right cup the first time. Do I measure inside axle or to outside of axle. The remaining cap appeared to have a stainless steel finish with a grease fiting in the center, if that helps. Or better yet, can you tell me what part I need to order? Two pictures attached, one side with cap and grease fitting in center, other side missing cap.

You will want to use a dial caliper or micrometer to measure the inner diameter of the hub you have on your trailer to determine what size cap would be needed. Check out the picture I attached that shows this measurement being taken on a hub.

I attached a link to all the EZ lube grease caps we offer, once you know what size you need check out the link I attached to see all the sizes we offer.
