Would Load Range E Kenda Tire ST235/80R16 Be Adequate for 13k Trailer
Question:
I have a 2015 Montana 5th wheel, weighing 13000. The tires are 235 80 r 16 load range e, I run at 59 miles per hr while pulling my 5th wheel. Should I be thinking about going to g rated tires. Carry 80 psi in the. Tires. Thank you

If you are under the weight capacity and speed rating of the tire plus are running the max air pressure listed on the tire you would be just fine.
If you have a # AM10248 on your trailer wheels which has a 3,500 lb capacity per tire you would have a 1,000 lbs of extra capacity when you add up all the tires. So in that regard you would be fine. But this tire does require you to run 90 psi to ensure that you get the full weight capacity.
