Recommended 4-Step RV Steps To Replace 3-Step On 289RK Denali Travel Trailer

I have a 2016 289rk denali. I know have three treads coming out of the trailer with a 9 inch rise. This steep for my wife. Would a 4 step help. My steps are 27inch wide. If they would which model should I look at. Thanks

If the mounting location for your RV steps is 27 inches wide we have steps that will work for you. I recommend the Stromberg Carlson RV Stairs, part # SMFP-4400.
These steps measure 27-inches wide overall, and 12-inches deep (front to back) and 18-1/2 inches tall. The steps themselves measure 24 inches wide and have an 8-inch rise/drop with a weight capacity of 300-lbs. This is designed for a permanent installation. One concern when going to more steps is the ground clearance. I have attached a drawing of the steps and you can see the overall height from the top of the mounting plate to the bottom of the lowest step is 27-13/16 inches.
