Locating Fuse on 2015 Chevy Suburban That Powers Brake Controller
Question:
I bought your p3 and the wiring harness #3016 for simple plug and play, however, Im not getting any power to the brake controller on my 2015 Chevy suburban. Is there a fuse that is out? I know the controller isnt broken, because I connected the black wire to my positive battery and white to the negative battery and it powered on. Please help.

From what you describe, it sounds as if the fuse that energizes the circuit that delivers power to the brake controller is missing. Check fuse position 36 in the fuse box located under the hood. The legend on the lid of the fuse box should provide the rating for the fuse (I believe it's a 30A). If there is a fuse in that location, check it to see if its blown.
If the fuse is in position and is not blown, use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 and check the black wire on the # 3016 for power.
