Where is Brake Controller Install Port on a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500

Could my trailer brake connector be behind the kick panel on my 04 dodge 1500?

I attached a picture that shows where the brake controller port is on your 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. Our installer is pointing out where it is in the picture. I also attached an install video that the picture was taken from that shows this as well.
To install the Prodigy P2 part # 90885 that you referenced you would need the part # 3020-P.
