Question:
I will be pulling with a 2010 Ford f150 Supercrew 4wd. Towing 28-31 TT with a tw of 580 lbs. and uvw of 5,300 lbs. I would like to know what system you recommend for this application.

I recommend a weight distribution system with dual cam sway control that prevents trailer sway before it starts. With a tongue weight of 580 pounds, you will want a system with a tongue weight capacity range that encompasses that amount of tongue weight. I recommend the Reese Round Bar Strait-Line Hitch with Shank, # RP66087.
This system has a tongue weight capacity range of 400 to 800 pounds so your 580 will be about in the middle which is what you want. This system also comes with the required shank and dual cam sway control. I have included a link to the installation details for this weight distribution system below. I have also included a video showing a basic installation of a weight distribution system for reference as well as an FAQ article on weight distribution and sway control.
