Where Do Roller Bunks Typically Locate on a Boat Trailer

How far from rear of trailer should I mount rollers , knowing locator holes are in roller frame ? Thank You

You want to locate the rollers on the frame of your trailer so that they overhang slightly off the back of the trailer so that the boat will contact them before any other portion of the trailer as you load it onto the trailer. I attached a picture that shows about where you will see them located on most trailer.

You would most likely just need to put them in about the same place as where your carpeted bunks were.
