You are in luck because if your RV was built on a 2012 Ford F-53 chassis then the brake controller plug is a lot easier to access than it is on 2011 and older models. It will be located under the dash, to the left of the brake pedal near the emergency brake pedal.

I have linked a video showing this harness being installed on a different vehicle. The plug is not in the same location but it will show you what you are looking for. I have also included a picture that shows it clearly.

For a brake controller and wiring harness I recommend the P3 # 90195 and harness # 3035-P. This controller has numerous presets you can program, easy to understand diagnostics so you won't have to look up codes, mounts a full 360 degrees in the direction of travel (more on that in the linked instructions), and it is compatible with electric brakes as well as electric over hydraulic brakes. I have linked a video review of the P3 for you.
