Fit and Compatibility of Curt Hitch C11024 on a 1996 Suzuki Sidekick Sport
Question:
does this hitch fit the sport model? your other model hitch says it does not fit the sport model so i am concerned with buying one that only fits the non sport model

Expert Reply:
Yes, the Curt # C11024 Class I trailer hitch will fit your 1996 Suzuki Sidekick Sport model.
For warranty purposes Curt requires you to use a stabilization strap like # 18050 for any non-trailer loads. This would be for when you have a bike rack or cargo carrier installed.
I have linked the above mentioned parts to this page as well as the 1-1/4 inch Class I accessories that will be compatible with your hitch for your convenience.
