Question:
I have a triton atv trailer with sealed trailer lights. on the left side the running light works but the stop turn signal does not . put a tester and everything is okay. Tried the running light connector in both receptacles and both filaments work. bared the wire on the stop turn signal and when it is plugged in the test light goes off Help. Thanks John

You can do a couple things to find the problem.
The easiest thing to try is to remove the light from the right side and plug it into the wiring for the left. If all of the functions work then you know the left light is the culprit. If it is a sealed system you will probably just need to replace it.
If you have the same issue with the right light when plugged into the left side wiring and it does the same thing then you will need to check the wiring from the connector all the way to the light and look for breaks or worn places or possibly corrosion or a loose ground.
