Roof Rack and Canoe Carrier Recommendation for a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan
Question:
The Grand Caravan currently has no existing rails or crossbars but I want to add some rails and crossbars so that I can carry a 15 foot 7 inch canoe on top of the van. Will # Y00409,Y00124,Y00657,Y00657 work if I have a proper canoe holder? Because the canoe is so long, I am unsure if strapping it onto roof racks is the appropriate way to travel with it.

For your 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan the Yakima roof rack that you referenced has been discontinued. Instead I recommend a Thule rack that consists of part numbers # TH711420, # TH480R, and # THKIT1043 would complete a roof rack that would give you the base for a rack to carry your canoe. I recommend using a mount like the KeelOver # Y04069 with this roof rack.
