Troubleshooting Intermittent Trailer Brake Output Signal on a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado
Question:
I cant get power to the 7 prong fromantic my brake controler I will have it then it is gone ,in the article u said ground Im using the factory wiring under the dash what do I do?

Is the pin on your 7-way dirty or corroded? That's usually what causes intermittent brake output signal on a vehicle 7-way.
You can also try probing the brake output circuit with a # PTW2993 to see if the voltage is on the wire but just not making it back to the pins of the connector on the 7-way.
