Yes, the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # C11496 will fit your 2010 Accord V6 4-dr with dual exhaust perfectly. On both the dual exhaust and single exhaust model the exhaust will need to be lowered from the exhaust hangers then re-installed after hitch installation is complete.
