The best way to fight chucking is with a fifth wheel hitch that has a jaw system that provides excellent king pin contact like the Reese Select Plus part # RP30084 that use a hook to secure the king pin and minimize movement.
From my research it looks like your 2008 Silverback Cedar Creek has a Lippert 1621HD pin box like what the part # LC158778 is designed to replace. This is a cushioned pin box that would work great for vertical chucking, but for a similar pin box that also cushions horizontal chucking you would want the Flex Air part # LC328492.
