2011 Jeep Patriot Sport Roof Rack and Kayak Carrier Recommendation

What can I used to transport a kayak when my patriot has the roof rails but no cross bar?

For your 2011 Jeep Patriot you will first need to install a set of crossbars on the factory rails of your roof to allow a kayak carrier to install. The Rhino Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack, rack part numbers # RRVA118B-2 and # RRSX100 would be a great choice that would then allow you to install the Rhino Rack # S512 kayak carrier.
