Troubleshooting 2016 Little Tough Guy Tag Max A-Frame Jack Scraping Driveway with a 2014 Mazda CX-5

Question:

I have a 2016 Little Guy Tag Max and am towing it with a 2014 Mazda CX-5 that has a very low clearance. My tounge jack constantly scrapes every time I go down the driveway and now it has bent the tubing to the point where I cannot put on the wheel. Is there another jack I can buy or would it be possible to cut off an inch or two of my existing jacks tubing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Bummer to hear about you bending your jack, I have a solution for you, but I can't recommend you cut off any of your current jacks tubing.

I would instead suggest you get a swivel jack like the ProSeries # PSEJ10000101 and remove your current A-frame jack. This ProSeries jack will bolt onto your trailers frame and allow you to swivel it out of the way for better ground clearance when not in use.

I have linked a video installation video of the jack as well as the page with all of our swivel jacks with wheels for your convenience.
