Bumper Mounted Spare Tire Carrier Recommendation for Trailer for Wheels w 4 on 4 inch Bolt Pattern

Hi, I am looking for a bumper mount spare tire carrier for my vintage trailer. The spare tire has 4 holes in it. The mounts i see you have say they are for 5 holes. Would they still work. You can find my tire at this link: Thanks,

What size bumper do you have? If it is smaller than 3 inches wide and 4 inches tall we have the Fulton spare tire carrier part # FSTC1000301 that is confirmed as a fit for 4 on 4 inch bolt patterns.
Or for up to 3-1/2 inch wide by 4 inch tall we have the CE Smith part # CE27310G.
