Recommended Hitch for 1999 Chevy C3500 Dually Compatible with Roll Pan Bumper

I have a 1999 chevy c3500 dually lowered and i need a hitch that will be hidden because i am going to install a rollpan and want it to come out of licence plate hole my frame measures 36 3/4 from side to side

We do offer hitches for your lowered 1999 Chevy C3500 dually that can be seen on the linked page. These include Class III, IV and V hitches, both 2-inch and 2-1/2-inch sizes.
I'd recommend, Draw-Tite Hitch # 37133. It is a Class III hitch that will fit on trucks with a 10-inch deep-drop style bumper. There are currently no options for the roll pan bumper style, so some modifications will be necessary.

If you also need a wiring harness you can use 4-pole # 118315.
