With Hopkins Tow Bar Wiring Plugged In 1998 Jeep Wrangler Right Turn Signal Does Not Work

1998 jeep wrangler sahara 4.0 5sp installed hopkins #56202 on drivers side of vehicle. Green lead goes to passenger side. vehicle disconected from RV have no right rear signal.

To determine where the problem is I ask you to disconnect the Hopkins harness # HM56202 from the passenger's side and plug the vehicle tail light wiring in like normal. If the right turn signal still does not work then the bulb could have blown or a fuse may need to be replaced.
If it does work then check the connectors on the Hopkins harness to see if there are any broken or bent pins or any corrosion anywhere on its or the vehicle's connectors.
If that is not the issue then there is likely a problem inside the converter box and I recommend replacing the whole harness.
