Yes, the Yakima SkyBox 21 cargo box # Y07337 will fit your 2012 Mercedes GLK 350 with factory roof rack and crossbars.
If your GLK 350 just has the factory side rails that run front to back and no crossbars that run side to side then you would need to add crossbars first and then you can mount the box. To keep everything in the Yakima family I recommend TimberLine Towers, # Y33TR, with Yakima JetStream bars # Y00425.
