I looked up the specs on the Rpod 179 travel trailer and found that its unloaded tongue weight is 285 and its tongue weight when loaded to capacity (3,785 pounds) is 415 pounds. Weight distribution is a good idea because it will help with rear end sag on your 2007 Toyota Tacoma as well as help with stability and steering of the vehicle and will help with stability on the trailer.
Based on the tongue weight I recommend Fastway system # FA92-00-0600 which is rated for 250 to 600 pounds tongue weight. It also includes built-in sway control. For a ball it looks like the Rpod uses a 2 inch ball so I recommend # EQ91-00-6080. I have linked a video review of this system as well as some links to our help articles on weight distribution and determining tongue weight.
