I assume that you have a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. If it has the factory side rails but no crossbars I can help you select crossbars that will fit the side rails on the vehicle. For something that is inexpensive but gets the job done I recommend Malone roof rack # MPG201. This is a complete roof rack with the feet that clamp around the side rails and the bars themselves.

If your Elantra already has crossbars that run side to side on the roof and you are looking for a cargo box or basket I would need to know what you want to carry; what you are looking for in a roof mount cargo carrier.
