Comparing Curt and Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitches for the 2015 Nissan Murano

Why does the CURT #C13205 need a stabilizer strap and the DRAW-TITE #75952 doesnt?

Curt, the manufacturer, has determined that some of their hitches should be used with stabilization strap # 18050 when using a bike rack or cargo carrier. This is a requirement from Curt for their warranty. Like you said Hidden Hitch does not have this requirement though you could still use the strap if you wanted. The strap relieves some of the stress on the hitch.
If you want to avoid using the strap then I recommend going with Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75952. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
