Replacement Pin For Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device

I have a Thule bike rack that needs a bolt going from the hitch from the car trough bike rack. The specs are 9029-sn1059916 purchased in 4/18/12. Could you help me? Thanks
